Reminders are computed on this device from your own data, so they work offline. A web app cannot run 24×7 — instead the browser wakes the service worker (≈ once every 12–24h) to check this list, and instantly when you open the app.

Google Drive

Your plantation data lives in a ILAN Tree Manager folder inside your own Drive. Everything keeps working offline; changes sync when you are back online.

One-time setup needed

Create an OAuth client (Web) in Google Cloud and enable the Drive API.
Add this origin to Authorized JavaScript origins: …
Set NEXT_PUBLIC_GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID in Cloudflare Pages → Settings → Environment variables, then redeploy.

Family Workspace

Workspace ID: ILAN-FAMILY-01 — shared by everyone who has access to the Drive folder.

Farm Profile

The name shown in the greeting on this device. Every family member can set their own on their own phone. After Google sign-in, your Google name and photo are used automatically.

Your name

Roles (Owner / Editor / Viewer) will come from the Google Drive folder permission of the signed-in account — no demo profiles.

Clear All Local Data

Removes every tree, log, expense and member from this device and pushes the cleared state to Drive on the next sync. Export a backup first if you are not sure.
